Ch. 6 - Consumer Decision Making

Over the decades, samsung has done a superb job at pinpointing the needs and wants of its consumers. Noticing trends and cultural and demographical "norms". Their target market are men and women from the ages of 25 - 40. Even though they market their products to the younger generation, their idea on that is that their parents will be the ones funding their phones.
