Over the decades, samsung has done a superb job at pinpointing the needs and wants of its consumers. Noticing trends and cultural and demographical "norms". Their target market are men and women from the ages of 25 - 40. Even though they market their products to the younger generation, their idea on that is that their parents will be the ones funding their phones.

Globalization is prominent in todays society. Maximum profits are gained when a company enters a foreign market. Samsung has been in the global market for years and recognizes that the same marketing techniques wont work to maximize profits in different countries.
